Seasonings
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Sautee 1/2 White Onion. Add 1 pound of Hamburger Meat.
Brown Meat and Drain. Add 1 cup of Chicken Stock and sprinkle with your seasonings. Let simmer. Layer chips, meat, and cheese. Colby Jack is my cheese preference. For the chips I use HEB’s Sea Salt Tortilla Chips. El Patio Chips work as well. Cover the top of the chips and meat with shredded cheese. (Bagged shredded cheese doesn’t melt the same as freshly shredded cheese so I suggest shredded it yourself.)
Bake at 375 until cheese is fully melted.
