All Of You Want To Make A Vector Art For Your Channel And it Also Looks cool.Im Giving You A Simple Easy Tutorial On How Can You Make A Awesome Looking Flat Vector Art On Android And iOS by Using A Free App Called Medibang Paint Which is Available In Both Play Store And App Store.
Autodesk Sketchbook,Adobe Draw,Illustrator..i used All The App But I Liked Medibang Paint The Most Because It Consist Of So Many Features.

STEPS:
1.Import The Pic And Resize It With Magnification Tool

2.Now Choose The Pen Tool And Outline The Areas As I Done.Do Face The First.Second The Neck Portion And then The Hairs.Let The body be last.
USE THE PEN(SHARP) TOOL TO DO THE HAIR.

3.Organise The Layers In Like Hair In The Top Layer and Then the Face And Then Neck and Body Respectively.

4.Fill All The Parts Inside The Outline According To Their Colour. and Stroke The Outline One more time Beacuse There can be empty spaces.

5.If You're Done Then Export The Picture.

6.Open It With Pixellab App And Create a Logo as i done.

NOTE:
1. Medibang Paint Would be Difficult For You To Use For The First Time.You have To Practice.
2.Vector Art Making Is a Little Tricky Thing You Should Have A Fresh Mind Before Making.
