I FOUND A SOFTWARE CALLED STEAMMOVER. THIS SOFTWARE MOVES YOUR APPLICATIONS /GAMES (ANY NOT JUST STEAM ONES) AND IT DOES ALL THE WORK
AUTOMATICALLY.

For this example I will move CPU-Z but you can move any app to any drive you want. Here is how you do it.

find out where your app is stored
decide where you want to move the app to
create your directory
open SteamMover
click the box with the 3 dots and find your app
click the arrow
select destination folder
click BOTTOM arrow
DONE
can take a while for a big program

you can also REVERSE it back
