Steps:
• Open up TikTok and tap ‘inbox’ at the bottom and then tap on the message thread that you would like to mute notifications from.
• Tap the three dots button in the top right corner of the message thread.
• Then tap ‘mute notifications’ so that the toggle turns green.
• When on the inbox screen you can see which message thread notifications are muted by this crossed out bell icon to the right of their name.
• You will still receive messages from this person but you will not get notified when they message you.
