Sea Urchins or Swaki in Filipino is a delicacy in the Philippines. It taste a bit salty like the sea but oddly sweeter and is very good as side dish or sauce on most filipino food.
Fishermen catch these sea urchins and sell it for Php 50 pesos in the Philippines. They are mostly put in a bottle and sold on the fish market. It takes a lot of sea urchins to fill one Tanduay Rhum (375 mL) bottle. Once sold, you need to consume it right away.
