Always Board Never Boring runs through a quick method for painting skeletons. In this video he cheats, because he uses way more than 10 paints. However, it's possible to get these skeletons finished using an even simpler method than the one shown, which does use less than 10 paints:

Skeleton Bone base coat
Soft Tone wash
Skeleton Bone drybrush
Leadbelcher then Nuln oil for the sword
Retributor Armour then Agrax Earthshade for the shield
Astrogranite then Ulthuan Grey drybrush for the base
