Hi, this video shows you how to record and pause live television. You can use a USB Flash Drive or a external hard drive (HDD). A really cheap option is to recycle an old laptop hard drive and buy a HDD caddy for £3. You can pause Live TV, Rewind and Record Live TV and also do series recording via your EPG (Electronic Programme guide). Alot of televisions have this feature and I think it is very useful.
