Back Up Your Data
Before proceeding, make sure to back up your important data (contacts, photos, apps, etc.) to Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, or any other cloud storage service.
You can also use Samsung Smart Switch to back up your data to a computer.
Open the Settings App
Start by opening the Settings app on your Galaxy M15.
Go to General Management
Scroll down and tap on General management.
Select Reset
In the General management menu, tap on Reset.
Choose Factory Data Reset
Tap on Factory data reset. Youβll see a list of the data and accounts that will be erased during the reset.
Confirm the Reset
Scroll down and tap Reset.
If prompted, enter your deviceβs PIN, password, or pattern to confirm.
Finally, tap on Delete all to begin the reset process.
Wait for the Reset to Complete
