Rules Note: At around the 46 minute mark I say, "I rarely exhaust enemies." Meaning I don't usually turn them 45 degrees as they are about to upkeep anyway. That said, I do NOTE that they are exhausted. A good habit is to exhaust them (turn them) so you know which enemy has acted in the enemy phase.
