IMPORTANT: Nglide Must Be installed in order for the game to work. Keyboard Language is A Little Messed up, but just configure accordingly it will still work. This 3Dfx is the 2nd Patch. I found out that the 3rd 3dfx patch removes the water splashes effects and rain effects, therefore I don't recommend it.

Configuration of Nglide is optional though recommended for best resolution and Aspect ratio.
Music can only be played if Drive Letter is D:\ (.cue \ ccd is applicable if cd rom is not inserted for music)
Nglide Config.exe can be found in C:\Windows\Syswow64\Nglide_Config.exe

Steps:
Install Nglide Wrapper (Default Installation Directory is C:\Windows\SysWow64\Nglide_config.exe)
Copy Files into installation Dir
Launch game with lgn_3dfx.exe
Enjoy
