Instructions:

You will need to go to ( https://steamcommunity.com/#scrollTop=0 ) and download steam if you haven’t already.

You may need to make an account at (https://www.lotro.com/en? ) if you haven’t already.

Install GPU divers and Vulkan ( https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/InstallingDrivers.md ).

You will need a restart after change GPU drivers.

Note i’m using Mint Mate 18.3 and have issues using drivers over 418.

Open Steam to download and install.

Set Proton to 5.13-2 or newer.

Note I had to set the game to Proton 5.0-9 to get the game to run.

Now enjoy the game.
