This mission begins in the middle of you and Giorgi prepping for the heist of the federal tax reserve. When you first take control, look to your right and head up the staircase. Enter the door here and you will see a man sitting in a chair with a bag on his head. To his right is a dead body. Look past him to find the keys.
Now head out of this room and look to the far left corner of the building for a door that will lead you outside.
(If you want two quick trophies, look to your right and head towards the “feed a gator” sign. If you walk off the dock and fall into the water here you should get attacked by a gator and receive the “Next Time Swim Faster” trophy. Next, go back to the room with the dead body, pick him up and bring him to the dock. Toss him over the side and let him get eaten by a gator to receive the “Bon Appétit!” Trophy).
Once outside, look for an opening in the fence to your right. Head through here and hop in the armored car. Your destination will be marked on your map and GPS coordinates will automatically be given to you. Head for the waypoint.
(If by now you have noticed the game is incredibly dark, you might need to check your brightness settings and adjust accordingly. Nighttime lighting can skew very dark in this game and this is a good litmus test of what can become too dark).
Do your best to avoid collisions with vehicles/pedestrians and you should arrive at the federal reserve without complications. Once at the waypoint, look for a green marker and drive the armored car over this spot. Doing so will complete the mission and initiate a cutscene.
