Edit your resolution in the GameSettings.ini file located in C:\Users\[USER]\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\Config

Change to your desired resolution. For me it was:
ResX=3440
ResY=1440

Under Flawless Widescreen's Configuration menu. Under displayer detection. Tick "Enable Display Detection Override" and use the following values:

Width: 3440
Height: 1440
Hud Width: 2560
Hud Height 1440
Horizontal Display Count: 1
Vertical Display Count: 1
Hud X: 430
Hud y: 0

The values for 2560x1080 are:

Width: 2560
Height: 1080
Horizontal/Vertical Display Count: 1
Hud Width: 1920
Hud Height: 1080
Hud X: 320
Hud Y: 0

The formula for Hud X is:
(UltrawideScreenWidth - WideScreenWidth) / 2

example: (2560 - 1920) / 2 = 320

UltraWideScreenWidth is your native width.
WideScreenWidth is your equivalent of 16:9.
For 1080p, it's 1920 (as in 1920x1080).
For 1440p, it's 2560 (as in 2560x1440)
