Known Issue:
In Metal Gear Solid 2, after defeating the final boss, arriving to the cutscenes and when the credits start, the game crashes and there is no way to skip them. Issue 10803 (https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/10803)This seems to fix when turning off trophy notifications.
