Step 1:-
Locate XIII Install path (right click on desktop icon or steam name and go to file location if unsure)
For example my path is
E - Steam Library - SteamApps - Common - XIII - Classic

Step 2:-
Click on the 'system' file

Step 3:-
Locate and click on the XIII.ini file

Step 4:-
Locate the following lines
FullscreenViewportX=1920
FullscreenViewportY=1080

Step 5:-
Change the following numbers to your desired screen resolution, then click save and you are ready!
