Big shout out to my officer team and raid team. They actually do so much and the guild wouldn't be the same without their help.

Two things I did not mention:
1) Pre-set ERT and healing notes before Tuesday. For healing sheets have the healers work together, you don't even really need a healer officer as long as someone is setting it up.

2) We also have a loot group who makes the decisions (not me). Who makes sure items are going to the right places. When doing loot just make sure to give the best items to your best players and try to equal out the Ilvl of the rest of the raid you want to use for mythic.
