Use standard nano-SIM and nano memory (NM) cards. Non-standard cards can damage the card tray or card slot, leading to card detection failure.
If your SIM card cannot fit into the card tray, contact your carrier to ask for a replacement. Do not attempt to modify the SIM card by yourself.
Use the card tray eject pin to remove the card tray. The tray has two sides. On the top side, where "SIM1" is displayed, you can insert a nano-SIM card into the slot. On the bottom side, where "NM" is displayed, you can insert either an NM card or a second nano-SIM card into the slot.
