Tip 1:
Put your Graphics setting to the lowest. The less things to render the lesser the lag. Tick the power saving option
Tip 2:
Set the FPS to high and Full screen.
Tip 3:
Close all unnecessary applications like browse, torrent, download manager, Steam, etc. Also disable your anti virus for a while.
Tip 4:
Update your Graphics card driver.

Use QOS for Rules of Survival.
