In this tutorial, I’ll guide you on how to remove or uninstall Groove Music from your Windows PC. Groove Music can be removed easily using the steps I’ll show in this video.

Windows 11 comes preloaded with certain apps, some of which users may not want. For example, in Windows 10, some playlists open with Groove Music by default, even when you prefer them to open in Windows Media Player. Groove Music is a new app designed to play your music collection and create playlists.
Normally, you can remove or disable default apps easily by right-clicking them in the Start menu and selecting "Uninstall." However, Groove Music can’t be uninstalled this way in Windows.
As a final solution, you can use a PowerShell cmdlet to completely remove the app.
