The Google Calendar service makes it easy to share your calendars, either publicly or with specific people, helping keep everyone involved in your busy life on the same page. However, if the time comes when anyone you've shared your Google Calendar with doesn't need that access, it's just as easy to remove someone and stop sharing your Google Calendar.
Now let's walk through the steps to remove someone and stop sharing your Google Calendar.
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to Calendar.Google.com, and then sign in to your Google account. You'll land on your Google Calendar home screen.
Step 2. Navigate to the My Calendars section, and then position your mouse over the Google Calendar you want to stop sharing. Click the ellipses that appears to the right of that calendar. A menu is displayed.
Step 3. Click "Settings" in the menu. The Calendar Settings screen is shown.
Step 4. If you made your Google Calendar public and you want to restrict access to it to just people you invite, navigate to the Access Permissions section and de-select "Make Available to Public." Alternatively, if you granted specific people access to your calendar and you want to stop sharing your Google Calendar with them, navigate to the Share with Specific People section and then click the "X" to the right of the name of anyone you want to remove from being able to access your Google Calendar. Your calendar will be unshared with those users automatically, and they will no longer have access to it.
