I have owned my Jackery for many years. They are awesome power banks but every 20 cycles or so, it sometimes develops a bug where it will not turn on even though I know it has battery life. Or maybe it turns on but won't charge my devices properly or maybe the buttons will not even power on. This procedure works on all model Jackery power stations including Jackery 500, Jackery 1000, jackery 1500 and jackery 2000
Doing a factory reset on your Jackery is an easy process and always fixes my issue.
