Step 1: Open your Oculus application.
Step 2: At the bottom select Have an Oculus account?
Step 3: Select forgot password
Step 4: Enter your email address and click on send mail
Step 5: Go back to your email and click on the reset link
Step 6: Set a new password for you Oculus Account
Step 7: Simply go back and try to login to your account.
