I know a ton of people were asking for a Neutral Game video, but I wasn't able to talk with any pro Puff players these past two weeks because I was busy taking down Shroomed, KirbyKaze, and HugS and getting top 5 under Mango, Armada, Leffen, and PewPewU at INY. I do have a level of Puff proficiency but I thought it would be better to do a GREAT job on the video instead of a shoddy one, so instead we made a quick video on something I'm more familiar with.

Today we go over various rest setups with Jigglypuff. Note that this is an INTERMEDIATE video, which is why we didn't include the SUPER basic rest setups.
