Hello everyone! I have been asked how I've managed to run Need for Speed: High Stakes (PC, 1999) well on Windows 10, so here is a video that explains what I did (according to my memory, it has been a while) to get NFS4 to look and run well on my computer. No illegal (to my full knowledge) mods, patches, or cracks are needed! You just need a physical copy of NFS4, the official 4.50 patch (which can be found online, I will locate one link and post below), and nGlide for the graphics (link below). *****Be careful if you choose to go other routes to run NFS4 on Windows 10. If you use patches or cracks that modify/add to/remove from the original game files or code in some way, they may not be legal. As far as I know, my method is "legal," as it uses an official game disk, official game patch, and third party program (nGlide) for the game to run. If in doubt, consult copyright law, or ask an official who specializes in the law. Or, go the "safest" route and don't install/run the game. Copyright link below, see "Section 12."
