***UPDATE 4/17/2019***
1. There is a newer version DOSBox 0.74-2. Works the same way as 0.74. You just have to name the folders and the mounting cmd line syntax accordingly.
mount c c:/progra~2/dosbox-0.74-2

I've talked before about how much I used to love me some SimTower back in the day. I even lamented how I was unable to play it on later Windows versions. But, lament no more. I have instructions here on how to run it... including what to do if you get the "insufficient disk space" error.
