Your faucets are prone to buildup of of nasty grimey stuff, and it can be a pain in the arse to clean. Luckily, I discovered a simple way with just a bag of vinegar.
Step 1: Fill the bag with a mixture of water and vinegar.
Step 2: Place it around the faucet so it's submerged
Step 3: Tie it to the neck with a twist tie. I used a rubber band.
Step 4: Leave it overnight. By morning, it will be magically be cleaner.
Step 5: Wipe or brush of remaining grime.
Viola!
