You've probably heard of the Elf on the Shelf, they appear in homes around the world before Christmas and keep an eye on you to make sure you're behaving. They look just like normal toys by day but at night they fly back to the North Pole and let Santa know if you've been good or bad to help him make his naughty and nice list.

Before morning the elf comes back to the house and finds a new spot to sit and watch for the day.
