Here are the steps on how to see your saved posts on Instagram:

Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
Tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner to go to your profile.
Look for the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of your profile and tap on them to open the menu.
From the menu, select "Saved."
Here you will see all of your saved posts, including photos and videos. You can view them by tapping on each one.
You can also organize your saved posts by creating collections. To create a collection, tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner and give your collection a name.
To add a saved post to a collection, tap and hold on the post until the menu pops up. Select "Add to Collection" and choose the collection you want to add it to.
