To add a custom ringtone to your iPhone, you'll need to Install 'GarageBand' App from 'App Store' and edit your song using this App. You can tweak the start and stop time, save it as an AAC file, and change the file extension. You can then move the edited song to the Tones section of your iPhone .
To select the edited ringtone from your iPhone, To do this, simply launch the Settings app on your phone, then tap Sounds ,then Ringtone. Your custom tones will appear at the top of the list, above the default Ringtones. Just tap on one to make it your ringtone.

1- Install 'GarageBand' App from 'App Store'
2- Open 'GarageBand' App
3- Swipe right/left to find 'AUDIO RECORDER' then click on it
4- On upper left, tap the bars icon
5- On upper right, tap the loop icon
6- Tap 'Files' and then 'Brows items from the Files app'
7- Import the track you want to put as a ringtone. N.B. you can import MP3, AIFF, WAV, CAF, Apple loops, MIDI files
8- Click on the track
9- Press and hold on the track to drag it to Tracks view. N.B. you can edit the track on the track view
10- Tap triangle icon then 'My Songs'
11- Press and hold on the track
12- Tap share icon
13- Select 'Ringtone'
14- Name the ringtone then tap 'Export'
15- Tap 'Use sound as ...' then select you choice
16- The ringtone added successfully"
