You can give each of these 'activity types' a name, and then you can tweak their default settings. This includes things like the main action that's involved, who's typically in charge, what the subject line and initial notes usually are, and whether they get automatically marked as done. What's really cool is that you can also specify what the system should suggest as the next step after one of these activities is finished, and you can even link email templates to make follow-up a breeze. Basically, it's all about making our workflows smoother and more consistent, no matter what kind of work we're doing."
