This video shows how to turn on and configure Mobile Hotspot on a Galaxy S23 Ultra. To do this, open the Settings app, go to Connections, then Mobile Hotspot and Tethering. Toggle the Mobile Hotspot switch to On, and change the name and password if desired. To connect another device, open its Wi-Fi settings and select your phone's name. Enter the password when prompted, and the connection will be established.
