Here are the steps

(before you start steps. you must have computer and Black ops 2 running at the same time)

1: go to options (on PS3/360)

2: link youtube to get the code (on PS3/360) (if already link go to step 5)

3: use code at http://www.google.com/device (on computer) (hit continue after you put in the code)

4: wait intell its done (both)

5: go to your league play (on the PS3/360)

6: go to live stream (on PS3/360)

Last: Turn on live stream. (on PS3/360)

then start playing live on youtube. (note: It will only be streamed live on league play)
