Steps to Show the User Files Icon on the Desktop:
Open Settings
Click the Start menu, then select Settings.
Go to Personalization
In the Settings menu, choose Personalization from the left sidebar.
Select Themes
Scroll down and click on Themes.
Access Desktop Icon Settings
Under Related Settings, click on Desktop icon settings.
Enable the User Files Icon
In the Desktop Icon Settings window, check the box next to User's Files to add it to the desktop. Then, click Apply and OK.
Verify the Icon on Your Desktop
Go to your desktop, where the User Files icon (with your username) should now appear, allowing quick access to your documents, downloads, and other personal folders.
