In this video I talk about how to silence your inner critic and just keep drawing. We all have those moments when we start to over analyze our work and the inner critic takes over. The trick is to complete more works of art even when they don't fully meet your expectations. With each new piece you create you will start to silence the inner critic and replace it with a sense of self confidence.

Just like every day spent in the gym builds your physical self confidence, each new finished piece of art will build your mental self confidence. It's pretty hard to doubt yourself when you have a huge body of work that proves you can do this and you're here to stay!

Don't feel bad when the inner critic shows it's ugly face. Our negative self talk is just a bad program that was intended to protect us from something we fear. Just be ready to shut it down and take action. We all fight self doubt at one time or another. It's how we move past it that gives us our strength and determination.

I hope this video helps those that needed it and thank you very much for supporting this channel. Keep up the hard work and never stop drawing! :)
