In this video, I show you a full-proof method to smuggle contraband into a city in Starfield and never get caught by the United Colonies authorities. In Starfield, you can upgrade your spaceship to have shielded cargo bays that help prevent the detection of your smuggled goods. But, they can still be detected and if caught your "stolen goods are now forfeit." This method I discovered can be done without any shielded cargo and you will never get caught.
