Available in Chapter 7 and 9. The solution to this puzzle is on the books found in the library. The puzzle is fool proof in that you only need to focus on the symbols instead of the numbers. I Added overlays of the books for reference in the video. The number is technically 3412. This grants access to the secret basement filled with masks, lore, and healing supplies. And mostly the "thank you" to the fans that had early support.
