How to solve the "sudoku" puzzle on Watatsumi Island In Genshin Impact 2.0.
You can just copy the pattern shown in the video for the chest, however if you're interested in how it is solved:
Each orientation has a number value (N=1 E=2 S=3 W=4), and the ones with the stone tablets on top all have a +4 count on top of their orientation value.

The trick is to make sure all lines and rows add up to a total of 15.
(there is one block missing which has a value of 9).
