The process to Defend the Grove in Act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3 isn't immediately obvious. I've had several viewers ask me how to start the defence, and this video shows how Baldur's Gate 3 lets you defend the druid grove. It's a relatively straightforward process that starts off by speaking to Minthara in the Goblin Camp/Shattered Sanctum.
