In this video I show you how you can cast the Oculus Quest wirelessly with audio, without additional hardware (e.g. chromecast, HDMI splitter, capture card) so that you can stream to YouTube, Twitch and so on, using OBS Studio. Note you will still need a 5Ghz wifi router and a streaming PC.

Keep in mind that software updates to the Oculus Quest or versions of AirReceiver might stop this solution from working. This happened when I was recording the video, going from Quest v17 to v18 which broke support with AirReceiver, until a further update was released. Given the low cost and simplicity of this solution it is still worth trying first.

Also note AirReciever can be installed on Xbox One, so if you already stream Xbox via a capture card, this could be an alternative method to stream your Quest content.
