How to Survive SAMs in the F-15E | Low-Level Flying Over the Caucasus | DCS World
This mission turned into a battle for survival. Flying the F-15E Strike Eagle over the Caucasus map, we pushed deep into contested territory packed with SAM threats. Every second was about staying below radar coverage, dodging missile launches, and finding the chance to deliver bombs on target before escaping at treetop level.
What went down:
Extreme low-level ingress through Caucasus valleys and ridgelines
Multiple SAM launches dodged in hostile airspace
JDAM and Mk-82 precision strike runs under heavy threat
Terrain masking and high-speed evasive flying
Ultra-realistic graphics and full cockpit immersion
This episode shows the danger and intensity of flying modern jets against a dense SAM network — and why low-level tactics are still critical in strike missions.
