I this tutorial video guide I show you how to activate and access a character 3rd / third person view using the TPP MOD by JB.
The key points to note when installing this mod is that you must have CET Cyber Engine Tweaks Mod already installed, and that the switch to the third person view you must assign a key-biding from that menu within CET - the mod does not activate by default.
