To tame the Feng-Tail General in Black Myth: Wukong, you’ll need to focus on two key stat checks: stamina and burn resistance. The boss, a giant beetle, can be found in Mount Huaguo in Chapter 6, and instead of fighting, you need to complete a QTE sequence.
Start by flying to the beetle using the Somersault Cloud and land on its back. The first challenge is the stamina check. The beetle will jump three times, so use stamina-boosting items like Tonifying Decoction or Ascension Powder to make sure you don’t fall off.
Once you’ve survived the stamina phase, it’s time for the burn resistance check. Activate the Fireproof Mantle to gain +600 burn resistance before grabbing the beetle's antennae. This will make you immune to the flames it releases.
