Launch discord and sign in to the account that you used to create the server
Select the server option
On the top left corner, Tap on the dropdown arrow next to test server
Select server settings from the menu that appears
Scroll down to User management section, click on members
Find the person you want to transfer the server to and click on the three dots (more options)
From the menu, select transfer ownership
Confirm you want to transfer ownership
Enter verification code sent to your email to complete the transfer process
