This video brings to light how in social media people can ulta there transform their body drasticly, through the use of light, angles and photo editing software. Body transform photos can lead people to have unrealistic body transformation goals and lead to problems like body dismophia.
So I explain how I transformed my body to look so amazingly different with out the use of photoshop.
