In this video, I'm going to show you how to turn off 5G on Android. So the first thing that you want to do is go to the main settings of your phone. And if you can see at the top of my settings, there is an option for network and internet.


Now, if yours looks slightly different Just look for something along the same lines. So go into here. Then on my phone, I'm using the Google Pixel 6. What you want to go into is where it says Sims. So tap into this Scroll a little. Until you see the option for preferred network type.


Tap into this. As you can see at the top here it says 5G recommended and then we have an option that we can change it to 4G or 3G just by tapping on it. And that will automatically disable 5G on your Android phone.
