Disable Vibration First, Then Ringtone:

Scroll down and tap on Sound & Vibration.
Look for the Vibrate First, Then Ringtone option (it may also be under Vibration Feedback or Vibrate on Ring).
Toggle the switch to turn off this feature.
Adjust Vibration and Ringtone Settings:
