Turning on comments on TikTok is a straightforward process, especially if you’ve previously disabled the comment section and now want to enable it. To do this, open the TikTok app and log into your account. Once you’re on the app, tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right of the screen to access your profile page.

From there, tap the three-line menu (or hamburger icon) in the top right corner to open the settings menu. Next, navigate to "Settings and Privacy" by selecting the gear icon. Within this menu, locate and tap on the "Privacy" option. Under Privacy, scroll down and select "Comments."

Here, you’ll see the current settings for who can comment on your posts. If comments are disabled or restricted to only friends, you can change it to "Everyone" by selecting the appropriate option. This will enable comments for all users on your TikTok videos.

After updating the setting, comments will be turned on for your account, and other TikTok users will be able to interact with your content through the comment section.
