GET POWER AND PAP! QUICK!
Step 1) Follow the Ziplines down to the power. You will need a lot of points for these steps.
Step 2) Once you're down, kill your first 'Tempest'. This will drop you your 1st Fuse (This is needed to be put into the power machine)
Step 3) Keep following till you turn on the power, you will need a second fuse
Step 4) Follow further down until you get your 2nd 'Tempest' This will then drop you the 2nd fuse.
Step 5) Run back to power and activate it
Step 6) Head out to the street to investigate the PaP machine
Step 7) Kill the zombies and the mini-boss
Step 8) WOOOO YOU HAVE POWER AND PAP!
