How to Uninstall Meltdown/Spectre Patch (KB4056892) in Windows 10 and Prevent it from Reinstalling

Some people have experienced more of a performance loss than others with the KB4056892 Update released in January. If you have experienced results bad enough to make you want to get rid of this update until it becomes more stable, and you want a better option than disabling Windows Update all together to prevent it from reinstalling, then this tutorial is for you!
1.) Download the Windows Update Show/Hide Tool
2.) Uninstall KB4056892 if it is already installed
3.) Immediately after rebooting, run the Windows Update Show/Hide Tool
4.) Choose to Hide Updates
5.) Find KB4056892 in the list and check the box
6.) Click next, and then close troubleshooter
