Video Transcript:
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to PlayStation.com, and then sign in to your PlayStation account if you're not signed in already.

Step 2. Click your profile icon at the top of this screen to open a menu, and then click "Account Settings" in this menu. Your PSN account screen opens.

Step 3. Click "Linked Services" in the menu on the left side of the screen. The associated menu opens.

Step 4. Click "Spotify" in this menu. Options associated with your connected Spotify account are shown.

Step 5. Click "Unlink." A window pops up asking if you're sure you want to unlink your Spotify account from your PSN account.

Step 6. Click "Yes." A message appears letting you know that your Spotify account has been successfully unlinked from your PlayStation Network account.
